FOUNTAIN CROSSING

Hoffman Estates, IL

 

Fountain Crossing is a 249,550 square-foot industrial project in Hoffman Estates, IL.  The15 acre site is just 0.8 miles to the Barrington Road / I-90 interchange and 17.5 miles to O'Hare Airport.  Features of the front-load building consist of 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 27 dock-high doors with 4 drive-in ramps, and 284 vehicle parking spaces. Being developed in partnership with Yampa Investments, shell construction was completed in January 2022.

SOUTH MARTIN INDUSTRIAL PARK

Stuart, FL

 

The South Martin Industrial Park is a (9) building, 96,213 square-foot flex-industrial project in Stuart, FL.  With visibility to Florida's Turnpike, the 11.54 acre site provides easy access to Interstate 95 via SW Kanner Highway.  Features of the project include freestanding buildings with secured storage yards, 18' and 24' clear height buildings, spaces divisible from 1,800 square-feet to 18,888 square-feet.  Being developed in partnership with FLF/Crossroads, the project was completed in Summer 2022.

RIO MARINE VILLAGE

Jensen Beach, FL

 

Rio Marine Village is a mixed-use multi-family project located on the St. Lucie River in Jensen Beach, FL.  The projects includes 190 residential units, a marine industrial building, a banquet facility, two restaurants, and a multi-use clubhouse / leasing / fitness center.  The 18 acre site includes two boat basins with 25 wet slips, a 14-slip outer dock into the St. Lucie River, and dry stack boat storage for (80) vessels.  Being developed in partnership with FLF/Crossroads, the project is expected to begin construction in early 2023.

THE PRESERVE AT RIO MARINE VILLAGE

Jensen Beach, FL

 

The Preserve at RIO Marine Village is a 145-unit rental townhome / apartment project.  The 14 acre site includes (4) 24-unit apartment buildings and (7) two-story townhomes with units ranging in size from 700 to 1,600 square-feet.  Located on the north side of Dixie Highway in Jensen Beach, FL, the residents of The Preserve will be able to take advantage of all of the amenities being offered at RIO Marine Village.  Being developed in partnership with FLF/Crossroads, the project is expected to begin construction in early 2023.

CHARIOT LOGISTICS CENTER

Melrose Park, IL

 

Re-development of the former Maywood Park Racetrack into a (3) building, 623,000 square feet industrial park located on approximately 42 acres in Melrose Park, IL. The project included the demolition and abatement of the existing structures on-site followed by construction of the shell/core for each building and associated sitework.  The project was completed in the first quarter of 2020 in conjunction with Ridgeline Property Group LLC.
