We have a successful track record of developing industrial projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast Florida.

We closely participate in all aspect of the project from budgeting, to contractor selection, to overseeing the project's execution.  We are focused on delivering a quality project on time and under budget.

We have a wide range of experience developing both for sale and for rent multi-family communities.  During his 20-year career, Brian Pawlik has managed the design,  development and construction of over 1,000 apartment and condominium units.
