Prairie Ridge Development Group LLC is a privately held real estate development and investment company focused on industrial and mixed-use multi-family projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast Florida.  Our mission is to create value for our investors and development partners by carefully managing every aspect of the project from site selection to completion.  Through our experience in acquisitions, entitlement, development, construction, financing, and leasing we can tackle complex projects and issues which may arise while being mindful of the project’s budget and schedule. We are dedicated to being good citizens, great neighbors, and building great long-term relationships with our clients, partners, and investors.

Brian Pawlik

President

Mr. Pawlik is the founder and President of Prairie Ridge Development Group, LLC. Mr. Pawlik's resume includes over 20 years of commercial construction and development experience including over 1M square-feet of industrial and $500M worth of mixed-use multi-family projects.

 

Prior to founding Prairie Ridge, Mr. Pawlik was Vice President – Development for Ridgeline Property Group where he successfully completed the Route 6 Business Center in Channahon, IL and 850 Asbury in Buffalo Grove, IL. 

Mr. Pawlik also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Morningside Equities Group, Inc.  During Mr. Pawlik’s tenure at Morningside, he oversaw the development and construction of over 1,000 apartment and condominium units and over 150,000 square-feet of retail space.  Some of Mr. Pawlik’s notable projects during his time with Morningside include: NorthShore 770 in Northbrook, IL, Elmhurst 255 in Elmhurst, IL, and Wheaton 121 in downtown Wheaton. 

Mr. Pawlik started his career with Pepper Construction Company during which time he managed the construction of many notable projects including the Hard Rock Hotel – Chicago, Tellabs Corporate Headquarters in Naperville, and multiple projects at Highland Park Hospital. 

Mr. Pawlik earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Northwestern University.  He lives with his wife and 2 daughters in Elmhurst.
